Call to Action Addressed to G7 Health Ministers
Our colleagues at the True Health Initiative have recently issued a press release drawing attention to a letter that has been prepared by a group of leading scientists, including ASLM board members A/Prof John Stevens and Dr Kate Marsh and written to the G7 Health Ministers.
This letter calls for “long-term approaches that ensure safe and sustainable food systems, economic measures that reverse the growing dependency on highly processed and unhealthy foods and significant investment in nutrition education”.
